Where do these products come from?

We design all of our products in New York and partner with manufacturers around the world to bring them to life. Read more about our background here. 

Where is my shipment coming from?

We work with manufacturers worldwide, so this will vary by order. We are making every effort to include the point of origin in the description of each individual product - please bear with us while we finish up the construction of our site!

How will my products be shipped?

We've pre-arranged shipping with each of our manufacturers to get the best balance of speed and cost, Your products will ship via the best way from each manufacturer in as few shipments as possible, however it is not unusual for larger orders to arrive in split shipments on different dates.

How much does shipping cost?

We use a flat-rate system to keep it simple:

For the Continental US, shipping is $5 for all orders under $125. Orders over $125 ship free.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, there is a flat rate of $15 on all orders.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately we're not set up to do business outside of the US and its territories at the moment, but we're working on it, we promise!

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are bespoke, so they are only made when you place your order. As a result, there is a production time in addition to the shipping time. We are making every effort to include the turn-around time in the description of each individual product - please bear with us while we finish up the construction of our site!

What is your return/refund/cancellation policy?

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping. In case of a defect or damage, please email bljot.info@gmail.com with your name, order number, a description of the problem, and a photo. Items which have been laundered, have animal hair/residue, or have been otherwise soiled or damaged by the customer are ineligible for refund. Any order cancellation requests must be made within one hour of order placement.
